This year, all VAULT Festival applications will be processed through Eventotron, an online database of events. We’ll then use Eventotron for all our important company communications, which will allow you to upload marketing materials, find technical specifications and fill in your contract all in one place. Not only that, but Eventotron is cross-compatible with many other venues and festivals, meaning you can spend more time finding the right home for your show, and less time filling in forms. Please make sure to get up to speed with Eventotron in good time before the application deadline.
1. Go to www.eventotron.com and either Log In with your current Eventotron details, or Register with a new email address.
2. Once logged in, click on VAULT Festival 2020 under “Festivals and Seasons”
3. Follow the instructions in the application form.
Please make sure you’ve read and understood the Application Guide before beginning to fill out this form.
You can save and return to the form at any time, but we strongly advise you write out your copy in another format before adding it to the form, to prevent internet connectivity gremlins from erasing any of your answers.
Some of the questions in the form are listed as ‘Optional’. Nonetheless, we encourage you to fill in answers to every question that you can, as the more information you can provide us with, the better we’ll be able to understand your application. You will not be able to provide answers after you have submitted.
We strongly recommend that you read through all the questions before you begin filling them out, in order to make sure you’re providing what we ask for in the right places.
Once you submit it, you will no longer be able to make changes.
