At VAULT Festival, we run a central Box Office through Spektrix where we sell all our tickets. Our internal Box Office team are available throughout the run up and live times of the Festival to help you with anything you might need.
Reports: Once a Visiting Company is confirmed and tickets are on sale, your nominated contact(s) will receive daily reports. If you’re a producer with multiple shows, you can request a joint report so you don’t get unnecessary emails.
House, Press & Industry Seats: The Festival will issue complimentary tickets to Press, Industry and the Festival team (awards judges, guests, team members and so on) when required, in line with preferences that you can set upon confirmation in the Festival programme. If we don’t need to use the seats and your performance has otherwise sold out, we release them to public sale in good time.
Comp Allowances: Visiting Companies have access to four complimentary tickets per performance, which can be distributed however you wish across the run. These can be accessed via a unique booking code. If more tickets are required, they’ll have to be purchased.
External Ticketing: All visiting companies are required to sell tickets through our system – with dozens of shows every day, it makes sense to keep all the tickets in one place – and saves on external commission prices, too. Setting up external allocations with multiple agents is a time consuming manual job which is only possible in specific circumstances.
