WARNING! This show contains trans joy which some bigots may find distressing.
Award-winning sweet baby angel and notorious exhibitionist Bertie Hodd presents: Dad Jokes. A coming-of-middle-age story about one regular Dad’s quest to understand his transgender child.
Chuck the sudoku and gender binary aside and join Dad on a chaotic and ridiculous exploration of the rituals of life and how queer people navigate, reinvent and destroy them. Part comedy show, part creative workshop, part birthday party, our host with the most genders will guide you, via the medium of party games and witchcraft, towards our gender identity of dreams.
Can our host Dad rekindle his fraying relationship with his trans child through a journey of self-discovery with a classic rock soundtrack fit for the gods?
