Mahatma Khandi

Mahatma Khandi (SHE/THEY)

“as sweet and spicy as the curry sauce you demand at McDonalds”

Coined by her inner circle of voices in her head as the all knowing rich auntie that pays her queer Niblings in love compliments and money, she thinks she’s Haute couture but she’s more like Haute mess and she loves Haute Cuisine.

Unearthed from the depths of the islands of Philippines and Sri Lanka, she serves Fresh off the boat realness, raised in the fashion districts and food courts Of Italy she learned the importance eating and looking good ... while eating ... but also creating fusion between cultures.

She believes in the power of equality, stupidity and escapism, and sharing those beliefs with everyone, to describe her in three words would be reductive (right madonna) but she’s Fabuslaysian, she’s Fashion, and she’s hella Fanny.

They have carved a career than spreads between reality tv (MTV's 'True Love or True Lies’ season 2 AND ITV2 “Celebrity Karaoke Drag Queen Edition), SPONSORSHIPS Adverts (Schwarzkopf, NARS, Charlotte Tilbury and BBC3) and musical theatre (“How to catch a Krampus” "Escape from Planet Trash’ and “Dog Show"at Pleasance theatre) and they are the first ever Drag Performer to showcase their talent at the legendary Tower of London.

Mahatma Khandi might not bring home trophies but rest assured she defo brings that little spice that everyone needs in their life!
