Faith Brandon is a performance artist whose work focuses on playful autobiographical exploration through comedy, theatre, live art and clowning. Faith is a graduate in Devising Theatre & Performance at LISPA (arthaus Berlin) in Lecoq and works as a performer, puppeteer and outside eye. Faith has performed work at Battersea Arts Centre, The Barbican and The Yard Theatre and worked extensively abroad with theatre companies in Barcelona, Namibia and Indonesia.
Jonathan Young is an award-winning theatre maker, director, writer and teacher. He trained with Jacques Lecoq in Paris, before studying clowning with Philippe Gaulier and Sue Morrison. In 2001, he set up a touring company, Shams, and was its artistic director until 2012. Shams created new work, using multimedia elements, clowning, site specific or immersive projects, and three of its most successful productions – Sleeping Beauties, The Garden and Reykjavik – toured the UK and Canada widely. Since then he has continued to work freelance as a director/creator for other UK theatre companies, as well as teaching movement and theatre freelance and at drama schools including LAMDA, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and LISPA (arthaus Berlin).
