A once famous artist is admitted to the Raventhorne Institution and then never heard from again.
Explore the life and artwork of missing artist, Gretel Sauerbrot. Through a series of audio guides narrated by Gretel’s friend and colleague, audiences are taken on an increasingly dark and eerie journey into the artist’s mind.
This unique theatre show for one-person entry is a blend of immersive theatre, auditory storytelling, and art installation. resulting in a rich and sensory experience that won’t easily be forgotten.
Dread Falls Theatre are proud theatremakers. Their work is often multi-media and site-specific; working alone and with others to create installations, performance art, and audio that can be experienced in non-traditional spaces. This has led them to present work in fields, forests, caves, crypts, and abandoned warehouses; further expanding the notion of what art is and what art can be.
Patient 4620 won an award at Edinburgh Horror Festival for "Sold Out Show", and was shortlisted for "Most Innovative Use of Space" at Manchester Fringe Festival.
