In his next life, Pete wants to be a greenfinch. But can he get off the ground?
Poet and performance artist Pete Strong tries to make sense of life and the past, and how we can be shaped as people by the lands and hills we walk across.
From the barren hills and violent fields of Ulster to the rolling downland of Sussex: featuring moving, heartbreaking, and funny poems that study the nature of identity and freedom; investigating the legacy of both personal and national hurt, and how we can reconcile with the harm done to us.
