The debut play from award winning comedian Anna Morris. A brutally honest and darkly funny monologue about the unspoken side of motherhood.
When a plane-rage video of Marnie swearing at her toddler goes viral, the whole world knows her dark secret: she dislikes her own child as much as she dislikes being a Mother.

Son of a Bitch takes a frank and darkly comic look at things that Mothers can’t and won’t say. Powerful and provocative, moving and reflective, this new bold piece of writing dares to explore the darker side of maternity.

“I sometimes hate my son.
You’re assuming, or hoping, I have post-natal depression, right?
I don’t.
I’m perfectly sane.

How do you feel about me now?”
