After taking her debut comedy hour I Miss Amy Winehouse (“vulnerable, poignant and hilarious” – Boom Chicago Comedy Festival) to Edinburgh Fringe for a full run, Suchandrika (“warm and wholesome” – Binge Fringe Magazine) returns with a fresh new WIP about the news, nostalgia and a secret third thing.

Does anyone actually like going to reunions? You don’t really need to these days, you’ve seen it all unfold on social media – but, until recently, they were the one way to find out if everyone else got their happily ever after, or if you were the only one to miss out.

Join Suchandrika (Funny Women semi-finalist and One to Watch, British Comedy Guide Performance finalist) to find out if being reunited feels as good as the song promised.

Suchandrika Chakrabarti

Since starting out in stand-up in January 2020, Suchandrika has been a runner-up in the British Comedy Guide Pro Performance Award 2021, a semi-finalist in the Funny Women Stage Award 2020 and named by them as 'One to Watch'.

She writes for Radio 4's The News Quiz and The Now Show for two years, and was shortlisted for the BBC Radio Comedy Writers' Bursary in 2022.

Suchandrika's debut comedy hour, I Miss Amy Winehouse was shortlisted for VAULT Festival's inaugural VAULT FIVE scheme in 2021. It was selected for VAULT Festival 2022 and Boom Chicago Comedy Festival 2022 in Amsterdam, who called the show "vulnerable, poignant and hilarious."

She developed the show further while on the Soho Theatre Edinburgh Labs course in summer 2022, and took it to Edinburgh Fringe 2022 in August for a full run, then on to the Women in Comedy Festival, Manchester in October 2022. I Miss Amy Winehouse then transferred to The Pleasance London in November 2022 for their Best of Edinburgh Fringe Comedy season.
