In Ghost Written, the audience are the authors of the story; providing its totems and structure and the performers then weave together a hilarious and completely improvised tale. From heart-wrenching kitchen sink dramas to noir thrillers and action adventures, no show is ever Ghost Written in the same way.

The show is performed by improv storytelling maestros, The Descendants. The Descendants have been stalwarts of the London improv scene since 2018 and feature an array of highly skilled improvisers who are experts in walking the tightrope of improvised comedy; creating engaging characters and gripping plots with a script nowhere in sight.

The Descendants

The Descendants have been honing their craft with narrative improv since 2018, having originally been cast as the narrative house team at Hoopla Impro.

They are comprised of some of London's finest long-form character improvisers, having been trained at Hoopla and The FA in London and Second City, Improv Olympic Upright Citizens Brigade in the US.

They previously performed a historical narrative show, 'What is Time?' and the very well received Roald Dahl themed show - 'Wonderkrump' before moving on to broader storytelling performances with 'Ghost Written'.
