• The 4 free tickets are limited to 1 ticket per performance for each festival pass holder. Tickets are booked and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Tickets must be booked directly via the VAULT Festival Box Office, and cannot be used on performances with a capacity of less than 10.
• Free tickets are not considered to be “Flexi-Tickets” – the Flexi-ticket add-on can be added to the ticket via the box office team when you’re booking in your tickets at the standard flexi-ticket rate.
• Discounted tickets can be purchased online via the VAULT Festival website only.
• Ticket discount is applied to the ticket of the pass-holder only.
