VAULT Creative Arts are now recruiting for a range of new roles to support the organisation as we develop and action our bold and ambitious plans for the future. We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Producer, a Business Development Manager, and a Head of Communications & Audience Development.

We’re recruiting for an ambitious, resourceful, and detail oriented person to join us as our Senior Producer. They will lead on the planning, strategy and delivery of our flagship event VAULT Festival, and other creative programmes and projects. We think candidates will be suitable for this role if they have held one or more of the following roles before:

• Independent producer of fringe festival productions
• Festival or events producer
• Venue based theatre or creative projects producer/programmer

We’re also looking for an enterprising, innovative and ambitious Business Development Manager. The right candidate will actively seek out new opportunities that drive income into the organisation and expand our business model. We think candidates will be suitable for this role if they have held one or more of the following roles before:

• Experience starting your own company/business
• Sponsorships & partnerships development roles
• Fundraising campaign roles
• Corporate sales roles
• Business strategy or development roles

Finally, we’re looking for a strategic and ambitious person to join us as Head of Communications & Audience Development. They will lead the organisation in the creation, research & development, planning, delivery, and evaluation of all communications and audience development strategies. We think candidates will be suitable for this exciting new role if they have held one or more of the following roles before:

• Senior Communications, marketing or press manager in an arts organisation, festival or venue
• Head of Communications for a charity or not-for profit organisation
