“While some things are better left unsaid, some things should never be left unspoken.”

A long-term relationship has reached its breaking point. After 10 years together, one party is seemingly all in while the other toys with the idea of starting a new life.

Counter is a new, exciting play with interactive elements where the audience is invited to participate in the dialogue and decision making of the characters. While they struggle to communicate with each other, the audience gets a glimpse into the demise of the relationship through powerful monologues.
The characters will ask themselves the questions they are too afraid to ask their partner – prompting the audience for answers.

Should they stay or should they go? That is up to YOU, the audience.
