Pop music meets poetry in this new monologue about city lights, queer night life and large seafaring birds.
This fiercely funny and provocative show follows Alby as they make their way home from an awkward one-night stand. Walking through the city at night, Alby talks about everything from identity to crop tops, from Johnny Depp to large sea-faring birds. It quickly becomes clear that their sense of self is defined by their identity as a victim of trauma. However, when this is called into question, they must face themselves, and the audience, on new terms. This is a ruthlessly fast paced show, flicking between the comic and the tragic at break neck pace before spiralling into dance and then collapsing back into reality.
