Finding love post pandemic isn’t easy. Finding love in general isn’t easy. But being gay is tough, I mean being a gaysian is double tough. From cultural taboos to racism to alot of anxiety about coming across a racist or weirdo…
Online dating is just that though, from being called a ‘Jungle Boy’ to guys meeting you without teeth to being dumped over dinner. To being told about my culture or then being told to go to another country I don’t call home, yea racism isn’t just in society but its also in dating. but instead of crying like a Hollywood Diva, I’m putting my chai into a cup and saucer and making folk laugh with my tales. So pull up a yoga mat and lets pour ourselves a cup of hot chai as I share the tales of those who never loved me like their chai tea latte.
