In a boat floating off the coast of Suffolk, Tobias Bell, heir to the world’s largest bottled water fortune, and Nell, a girl he met in Clapham’s worst club, are trying to dance off a hangover, drink beer, and send strange messages over the onboard radio. That is, till Toby’s sister Flora arrives to tell them that they’ve accidentally set-up an extremely weird eco-terrorism cell.

As Flora and Nell run from and circle each other, the two are drawn into a tense, obsessive relationship that hurtles toward some sort of eventual disaster.

And there’s the nagging feeling that maybe they’ve met before.
