Information for reviewers and other press at VAULT Festival 2018

VAULT Festival is founded on the idea of providing opportunities for artists. Making it as easy as possible for reviewers and press to come along to shows is an important part of that. This page contains guidelines for what to do if you’re interested in seeing a performance at VAULT as a member of the press.

Contacting VAULT

For general Press enquiries about the Festival, please contact Frank Derrington from Full Fat on

Full Fat are managing show press requests for VAULT Festival 2018. If you’re interested in seeing a production and aren’t in direct contact with a company, please get in touch directly with Please let him know who you work for and what production(s) – including specific times and dates – you’d like to attend.

We then pass those requests directly to the company, and if they’re happy and tickets are available, we’ll book you in. You’ll receive a confirmation from Full Fat as soon as possible.

When you arrive at The Vaults, please head to the Box Office to pick up your tickets – please let the attendant know you’re on the Press list to avoid any confusion with paid for tickets. If your performance takes place at Waterloo East Theatre, please go straight there to pick up your tickets.

Please be aware that due to the high volume of shows it can take a few days to process all requests, so please bear with us and request tickets as soon as you’re able – tickets requested less than 24 hours in advance may not be processed.

Contacting Companies Directly

If you’re already in touch with a company, either because you’ve started a conversation or they’ve invited you to attend, there’s no need to go via Full Fat. Companies and their respective PRs can book you in directly, and once they have, you’ll receive a confirmation direct from VAULT Festival Box Office.

We’re always interested in improving the Festival experience, and take access for the press seriously. If you’ve got any comments or suggestions, please send them through to our Communications Director Mat Burt:
