“I’ve recently discovered the joy of passing my books on to other people (either in person or via the charity shop) rather than hoarding them in bookshelves. Some of them are no good to anyone – there’s a surprising amount of books with big chunks missing which have been turned into set decorations or other things – but it’d be nice to see them on the CommuniTree, as part of a new story. I can thank them every time I pass for the life-savers they’ve been through lockdown.”
“Missing Pages” is secret seven of eight hidden in the CommuniTree: look for the QR Codes to find them all!
The Christmas CommuniTree stands at the corner of Lower Marsh & Baylis Road, Waterloo, London. We created it in November 2020 in response to a brief from WeAreWaterloo, the local BID, to provide a Christmas Tree for our local community, and the many visitors we welcome to Waterloo, with sustainability at its heart.
