“This elegant chair has been ‘sitting’ alone for some time now. Once frequented by a multitude of bottoms, it has of late become an outcast: no one dare to use it for fear of it collapsing, as it has, once or twice, in recent history. But, original purpose aside, after a good dust and coat of paint, it’s at rock-bottom no more, and has been repurposed as a proud symbol of rest and relaxation for all.”

The Christmas CommuniTree stands at the corner of Lower Marsh & Baylis Road, Waterloo, London. We created it in November 2020 in response to a brief from WeAreWaterloo, the local BID, to provide a Christmas Tree for our local community, and the many visitors we welcome to Waterloo, with sustainability at its heart. Read more about it here.
