Leake Street is a pedestrianised road accessed from either York Road or Lower Marsh. The venue has step-free access.Directions:
Leave Waterloo Station via Exit 1. Turn right onto Station Road Approach and keep on the right hand side of the road. Keep going until you see a set of stairs and go down them. Turn right at the bottom of the staircase. The entrance to the Vaults is 20 metres along the Leake Street graffiti tunnel on the right hand side.
OR
Leave Waterloo Station via Exit 2. Turn right onto Waterloo Road. Continue along Waterloo Road until you reach Baylis Road on the right hand side. Turn onto Baylis Road and continue past Spur Road. Bear right onto Lower Marsh (you will see Cubana restaurant on the left). Continue along Lower Marsh until you reach Leake Street graffiti tunnel on the right hand side. Go down the ramp and continue along Leake Street. The entrance to The Vaults will be on your right after about 30 metres.
There is no parking available at the venue.

Keep going a further 40 metres until you see a ramp sloping down to the left. Head down that ramp and turn right at the bottom (back on yourself). The entrance to the Vaults is 30 metres down the Leake Street graffiti tunnel on the right hand side.

Leave Waterloo Station via Exit 2. Turn right onto Waterloo Road. Continue along Waterloo Road until you reach Baylis Road on the right hand side. Turn onto Baylis Road and continue past Spur Road. Bear right onto Lower Marsh (you will see Cubana restaurant on the left). Continue along Lower Marsh until you reach Leake Street graffiti tunnel on the right hand side. Information for Participants
Overview: A characterful space with a raised stage, audience in a central seating bank, and cabaret-style tables & chairs either side of the stage. Designed specifically for cabaret, drag, burlesque, circus, and performance art. This space includes the use of a projector and screen as standard and an aerial point. This is also the venue of our “Flair Ground Lates” events on Fridays and Saturdays.
Accessibility: Wheelchair/Step-Free accessible for performers through the main entrance with a ramp stage left onto the stage. The sound and lighting operating point are at the top of the seating rake so is not wheelchair accessible as standard but desks can be moved at request.
