Failed 80's diva and noted pub singer Yasmine Day, boldly attempts to revive her flagging career with an extravaganza concert of 80's power ballads only slightly hampered by cheap karaoke tracks, over-ambitious costume-changes and her own grandiose sense of self.

Debut character comedy from Jay Bennett
Jay has been performing comedy for the past 5 years. She is part of sketch duo Next Best Thing who have performed their hour long shows to sold out audiences in London Brighton and Edinburgh. Most recently taking their show How to be Good at Everything to the Pleasance Courtyard in 2017.
Jay is trained in Chicago style long form improvisation and performs regularly at London's the Free Association with the Harold team Long Weekend. She is also part of improv team Keith who have taken a show to the Del Close Marathon in New York.
She trained in Musical Theatre at the Guildford School of Acting and this inspired her to adopt alter ego singer 'Yasmine Day'.
With Yasmine Day, Jay got to the final for the London Cabaret Awards in 2018 and has since been performing the character on both the cabaret and comedy circuits.
