Conveyed through evocative jazz & hip hop movement accompanied by a live band, Caravan is an intimate 360-degree experience that explores social issues such as immigration, depression & alcohol misuse.

About the company

Alias LDN

Before pursuing a career within dance, Christopher Reyes studied classical and jazz music as a clarinetist, which has rooted his craft & the creative he is today. He applies his knowledge of musical theory and its cultural approaches to his hip hop & jazz dance movement language. Chris Reyes is inspired to create work that connects people together through positive outlets.

Alias LDN (Artists Living In Another Society) was founded by Chris in 2008. Alias LDN is a choreography based company that collaborates with predominantly street dancers to seek & explore a more conscious & conceptual. Alias LDN have been known to challenge the current choreography trend through their bold & innovative work over the last 9 years.

Alias LDN have performed at international platforms such as Sadler’s Wells Breakin Convention & the annual Move It! showcase. As well as regularly being involved in the street dance community scene, performing annually at East London Dance events and World of Dance competitions. Alias LDN have also had pleasure to travel Europe, specifically within the Germany dance community, to share their choreographic/dance ideologies.
