Len Blanco: Firing Blancs

Presented by Len & Freyja

Len Blanco is the drag king of your dreams. Woke. Feminist. Vegan (Monday to Thursday). The voice of his generation. He just wants to talk to you. For god’s sake let him talk to you.

In his musical comedy cabaret, this recovering boy band member and drag king amongst men will be exclusively revealing just how far he’s come since the 90s. (Spoiler: not very far). Blanco’s larger-than-life debut solo show will deliver live vocals, live lip-sync, live choreography straight out of your favourite music videos, and a whole lotta party vibes. Back off Backstreet Boys, Len’s got this. This isn’t the end of the road. He’s back for good. And he wants it that way.

Len Blanco makes his Vault Festival debut after being a finalist in Man Up 2017 and appearing on BBC 1’s All Together Now. The show is a collaboration with theatre director Freyja Winterson and has been supported by Soho Theatre's Young Company Edinburgh Lab.
