The ‘remarkable’ (Scotsman) and bite-sized Jack AG Britton presents Mighty; a TED-talk-meets-theatre show that combines comedy, live music and spoken word to ask the big (or little) question: should we be taking Heightism more seriously?
Often whimsical, sometimes woeful, Mighty delves into masculinity, body image and mental health in a documentary performance that could just about make it onto the best rides at Alton Towers.
'Hilarious and thought provoking' **** Three Weeks
I have been working as a solo maker of contemporary performance since I graduated from my MA with distinction in Space and Contemporary Performance Making at De Montfort University Leicester in 2013.
I have performed my work at a variety of venues and festivals including Pulse Festival, Camden People's Theatre and Summerhall's Edinburgh Fringe programme.
My practice focuses on autobiography and documentary, using personal experiences as a window I explore broader topics of nostalgia, curiosity and perspective.
I combine elements of comedy, storytelling, both retro and modern technology, spoken word poetry and physicality to create informal and contemplative work.
I have created two of performance projects, with the help of Arts Council Funding. '1.9' a show that chronicles my personal history with Parkour and ‘I Used to Hear Footsteps’; a devised piece of documentary theatre about my haunted childhood home
I’m currently working on my third solo ACE funded show ‘MIGHTY’ a performance that uses a combination of live looping, spoken word and comedy to ask the audience ‘should we be taking heightism more seriously?’.
I have been an Associate artist with In Good Company (2015 - 16) and am currently an associate of Attenborough Arts Centre Leicester and a Curve Breakthrough artist
I am also a founding member of performance collective Tetrad.Book Now

A Cold War world of suspicion, suspense and silliness where heroes twitch, twirl and tango away from enemy-agents, MI6 and the truth. Spies Like Us return with their award-winning hit.
We decided we were going to watch the entire Logan Paul YouTube channel, and make a show out of it. Four hundred videos later, we’re starting to regret that decision.
Alan and Ron are sweaty. Really sweaty. The heat is rising in their studio and the milk has gone off. Everything's changing - but life goes on, right?
Tone. Dial. Ring. The Professor is waiting for a call. Back-stabbing lecturers and dodgy Deans are all suspects in this action-packed, thrilling physical caper about connection, forgiveness and inter-faculty rivalry.
Lyn Gardner for Stagedoor: Recommended for Week 2 Vault Festival Picks: 'Mighty is not just a show. It is a way in which Britton, so often over-looked, can make himself visible. He commands the stage. He is mighty.'
Within Her Words **** 'You will love it. Wacky and poignant.'
Broadway World **** 'He is smart, eloquent, and unequivocally entertaining in his denunciation.'
Creative Reviews UK **** 'From complex to astonishing, Mighty is a strong, clever production balancing from the fun to the facts, and makes you leave with your thoughts turning into full-on conversations.'
Three Weeks **** 'Hilarious and thought-provoking'
