An all-star team of improvisers from London's leading improv theatre and school, The Free Association, present an hour of some of the hottest improvised comedy around. Each night the team will be joined by a very special guest comedian who will tell stories and anecdotes from their lives, inspired by an audience suggestion. The improvisers will use these 'monologues' to create entirely spontaneous and hilarious comedy sketches and scenes. Every show is completely different! Come on in, the water's fine...

Our special guests at VAULT Festival include Charlotte Ritchie (Sunday), Phoebe Walsh (Friday) and Sam Benjamin (Saturday). The multi-talented Charlotte has had leading roles in Call the Midwife, Siblings and Fresh Meat and recently, Charlotte appeared as Lin in the Doctor Who New Year's Day special Resolution. Phoebe Walsh is a performer and comic, currently writing the new Four Weddings and a Funeral remake. A journalist for Vice, ASOS and Elle Magazine, Phoebe debuted her solo show at Edinburgh last year to much critical and public success. Sam Benjamin is an award winning actor and writer, currently starring as the lead in acclaimed webseries The Few which is the recipient of multiple Best Webseries awards. Sam has also starred in Edelweiss, Doctor Who, Stan Lee's Lucky Man and Peaky Blinders. Be sure to catch these three superb guests at their only VAULT Festival dates!

The Free Association

The Free Association is London's leading improvised comedy theatre and school. We teach over 1000 students a year, and perform packed shows at our theatre 4 nights a week. The company was founded by Graham Dickson, founding member of sell-out improvised smash hit Austentatious - The Improvised Jane Austen Novel. The company includes established and rising stars from the world of comedy and beyond. Jacuzii has ben playing to sold-out rooms and rave reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe for the past 3 years.
