Down, down, in a secret world are hidden creatures with coloured curls...these creatures are the Lovely Bugs and they are on their way to the Lovely Bug Ball to dance with the Biggest Loveliest Bug of all.
This is your invitation to the ball, to make your own lovely bug and then take it dancing in the undergrowth!
This part workshop part show is about adults and children creating together, exploring together and most importantly having a fabulous time at the Lovely Bug Ball. This is a relaxed and friendly show for audiences of all ages and abilities, we hope you can join us!
Touch Tour: There is a Touch Tour taking place before the performance on the 24th February. Audience members wishing to take part in the touch tour should arrive for 14:30, and tour will last until 14:50.
Exquisite Folly Theatre has been making work since 2005 - a lot of it has been on bicycles, some of it has been in libraries or pubs and occasionally we have even ventured into theatres.
Exquisite Folly also runs newspaper puppetry workshops and their DIY Puppet Disco has been at Ovalhouse and Little Angel Puppet Theatre, with other puppetry workshops at Hoxton Hall, Southbank Centre, Camberwell Arts Festival, EveryoneEveryMum and various SEN schools across the country.
The Company was started and is run by Amelia De-Felice in 2005 with the mission to make playful, unique and accessible art for people of all ages.
