About the company

Fat Rascal Theatre

Fat Rascal Theatre strive to create fresh and funny feminist musical theatre. We are a company run by women with a core team of four female actresses, a female director and a female producer. We challenge the constraints of being a female within the industry, and discuss social and political issues through an accessible and appealing format to engage a wider audience.

We want to create theatre which people are going to want to see for fun, and we want them to leave having had a great time, but also feeling ready to take on the world. We believe that theatre should always aim to inspire, educate or liberate and should be available to everybody.
