Work With Us

The VAULT Festival team grows every year. We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated people from all backgrounds and walks of life to join the team and help make VAULT Festival extra special. We have positions suitable for all experience levels, from entry level through to industry professionals, and across all of our departments; Communications, Box Office, Technical, FOH, Operations, and Bars.

We love our staff and want to make their experience with us as good as our Artists’ and our Audience’s. For 2020’s festival, we’re moving to a non-volunteer model meaning that ALL of our staff will be paid. We’re not funded so this is quite scary financially, but we’re committed to wanting the best for our staff and being paid is a big part of that. We’re the biggest arts festival (that we know of) that won’t be using volunteers to make it happen. And that’s something we’re extremely proud of.

All of our vacancies will be announced on our social media channels so make sure you’re following us on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, and keep an eye on this website for when vacancies become available.
