The VAULT Festival team grows every year. We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated people from all backgrounds and walks of life to join the team and help make VAULT Festival extra special. We have positions suitable for all experience levels, from entry level through to industry professionals, and across all of our departments; Communications, Box Office, Technical, FOH, Operations, and Bars.

We love our staff and want to make their experience with us as good as our Artists’ and our Audience’s. Since 2020’s festival, we’ve used a non-volunteer model meaning that ALL of our staff are paid. We’re the biggest arts festival (that we know of) that won’t be using volunteers to make it happen. And that’s something we’re proud of.

To apply for a role, please read the role description carefully. Information on how to apply is included in the role description. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]
